Q: How long does it take to tune my ECM and how do I get it to you?

We strive to have a 2 day turn-around, my business is growing, and this may extend, but I will work my hardest and get you the ecm back to you as soon as possible. You can ship us the ECM however you would like. I prefer Fedex Overnite, but if you are not in a hurry. Ground shipping will work. Remote tuning is also available.

Q: What kind of mileage will I gain with a tune?

Fuel economy is a touchy subject. We have had trucks gain 1.5mpg, and we have had trucks gain .5 mpg. It varies. To many variables that can affect fuel mileage.

Q: What is the difference between a custom tune vs a tune from a hand-held tuner?

A custom tune is more precise. It is tailored more to the way you drive and the conditions you drive in. A hand-held tuner has built in tunes that are basically generic to all makes and models of the vehicle it is designed for. A custom tune allows for future upgrades, IE; Turbos, Injectors, Intake systems, gear changes and more. If you decide to upgrade your turbo, contact the original tuner and he can modify your tune and send it back to you.

Q: What services do you all perform?

Right now, we offer complete tuning on several makes & models of vehicles. We also offer installation services on some of the products we sell. If you have any questions on installation, feel free to call us. (405) 208-2617

Q: How much horsepower will I gain on a specific tune?

Another touchy question. Most of our custom tunes get you close to the requested horsepower. Some horsepower requests cannot be achieved. The engine or the vehicle will just not allow it. We like to tune within the safe limits of the engine and drivetrain so you can have a more reliable truck.

Shipping & Returns

Q: What shipping options are available?

I prefer Fedex ground for shipping tuned ECM’s. We will ship your ECM from the carrier of your choice. Most of our products are shipped by Fedex from our warehouse.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Sure, international shipping rates do apply.

Q: What is your return policy on products?

If what you ordered is not what you received, give us a call and we will make it right. You have 90 days to submit a return with a RMA number, we cannot process a return without an RMA number.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays could be caused by bad weather situations, if there is a delay in shipping on our end, we will contact you with your options. Tracking numbers will be available to you so you can track the shipping progress.

Q: What is your return policy on tuned ECMs?

If you have a problem with a tune, we will fix it. If in the event that your ECM fails in the future, and you purchase a new ECM. Ship us your new ECM and a copy of your original invoice, and we will tune it for FREE.

Q: Product Returns

We offer a 90 return policy on performance products. All products must be returned with a RMA number. All products that are not returned with an RMA number may not be accounted for and cannot continue with the return without that information.

Please be advised that any modifications outside OEM specification may void warranties, and the buyer (you) takes full responsibility for all costs incurred as such.

Off-highway tunes are solely for off-road use in closed course competition only and are not to be used on public roads or highways.
